Terms and Conditions 4bet — Official Platform Terms of Use

1. Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "4bet" refers to the company that owns and operates the online betting platform under the 4bet.bz domain.
• "Platform" refers to the website, mobile app, and all services provided by 4bet.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and uses the 4bet platform.
• "Account" refers to a user account registered on the 4bet platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a user's account, excluding any bonus amounts that have not yet met the wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, free cash, or other rewards granted by 4bet to users subject to specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirements" or "Rollover" refers to the number of times a bonus must be wagered before it can be converted to cash.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the 4bet platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or prohibited from gambling by any relevant authority.
• Not use the platform on behalf of any third party without prior written consent from 4bet.
• Providing accurate, complete, and current personal information during the registration process.
• Not have had a previous 4bet account closed due to a breach of terms.

4bet reserves the right to reject a registration application or close an existing account if eligibility requirements are not met or if inaccurate information was provided during registration. Identity verification through the KYC process is required before the first withdrawal can be made.

3. User Account

Each user is only permitted to own one active account on the 4bet platform. Multiple account ownership by the same user — whether using different information or different devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensure your account password is strong and not shared with anyone.
• Keep your login credentials safe from any unauthorised parties.
• Notify 4bet immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Ensure all your profile information is always accurate and up to date.

4bet will not be liable for any financial loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your negligence or failure to safeguard your login credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4bet accepts deposits via multiple payment methods tailored for users in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and local bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Regarding deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and can be reviewed on the deposit page within the platform.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of a successful transaction.
• 4bet does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, payment service providers may impose their own charges.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, for fraud prevention and anti-money laundering purposes.
• Completed identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal is approved.
• The majority of withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 3 hours on regular business days.
• 4bet reserves the right to suspend or reject a withdrawal if suspicious activity is detected or if KYC requirements have not been fulfilled.
• Any taxes or duties applicable to winnings are the sole responsibility of the user in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

4bet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Each bonus has its own wagering (rollover) requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Bonuses may only be used for betting within the 4bet platform and cannot be transferred to other users.

• Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled or modified except under specific circumstances such as event cancellation or a technical disruption verified by 4bet.
• In the event of any dispute regarding betting outcomes, the records maintained in the 4bet system shall be considered final.
• 4bet reserves the right to void bets placed based on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or human error.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and are subject to change at any time.
• For live sporting events, any wager accepted after the actual result of the event may be voided by 4bet.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from doing the following on the 4bet platform:

• Using automation software, bots, or any third-party software to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Exploiting any bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or errors within the platform's systems.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform for any illegal activity.
• Making false claims or providing misleading information to the support team.
• Selling, transferring, or trading your 4bet account to another party.
• Using a VPN or other methods to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where necessary.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

4bet is committed to protecting users' personal data. All information collected during registration and use of the platform is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Your personal data is collected for the purposes of identity verification, transaction processing, and fulfilment of legal compliance requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

• 4bet is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage arising from the use of the platform.
• 4bet does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption or free from technical errors.
• In the event of a technical disruption affecting active wagers, 4bet will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly based on available system records.
• 4bet's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination & Closure

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the 4bet support team. Valid balances will be returned to the user following the verification process within a reasonable timeframe.

4bet reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice if:

• The user violates any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicious activity or fraud has been detected on the account.
• The user fails to meet KYC requirements within the specified timeframe.
• There is a legal compliance requirement or directive from the relevant authorities.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, 4bet reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and winnings associated with the activity that breached those terms.

11. Amendment of Terms
